• We assume a proactive advisory role during the entire building process, anticipating potential design and construction concerns, and suggesting alternatives in the design phase. We negotiate the best value at the highest quality for all construction services whether performed by A•O•W or our trusted network of subcontractors.
  
  
• Principals from A•O•W assume responsibility for management and execution of your project, along with a team including project manager, project superintendent, project engineer, and foreman. We are very active construction managers, scheduling regular meetings and reports with owner and architect and coordinating carefully with subcontractors and suppliers.
