“I think establishing a solid client relationship is critical to all successful construction projects,” says Richard A. Oliver. This is at the heart of everything we stand for as a firm; our first responsibility is to the owner and we do everything we can to ensure that the project is thoughtfully conceived and skillfully executed.
Since 1970, he has devoted his energies to the construction trade, where he has been responsible for field operations, bidding, project management, project delivery methods, and construction management.
As principal of A•O•W, Dick brings his extensive experience in estimating and bidding activities, as well as his expertise as project manager, to many of our key projects. He is an active, informed principal whose attention to detail, open, honest style of communication, and sense of pride are apparent in every project he undertakes. Over his career, Dick Oliver has been responsible for complex structures including hospital and medical facilities, retirement communities, parking garages, office complexes, college facilities, and municipal buildings.
