Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, NY was a $1.9 million project. A 2,000 sf expansion and partial 1st floor renovation involving a gut and reconstruction of the 5,000 sf existing Emergency Department. Work consisted of multiple phases and required working in an occupied and functioning Emergency Department with minimal disruption to the patients.

A 10,000 sf renovation to Nathan Littauer Hospital's Maternity Unit in Gloversville, NY involved partial demolition and reconstruction of exam rooms, nursery, delivery rooms, offices, toilet rooms and lounges. The improvements included new plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, medical gas and electrical systems.
